Welcome to the Parent/Child Incorporated (PCI) CEO Convocation and the Pre-Service Training Session Booklet webpage! Below, you'll find all the essential details to guide you through your in-person training session. 

Head Start Teachers and Teacher Assistants training is scheduled for August 21 and August 23, 2023, at the Bandera Operations and Training Building, located at 8500 Bandera Road, San Antonio, Texas 78250. Due to limited parking availability at the Bandera Operations and Training Building, PCI has  arranged a Shuttle Bus service. This service will efficiently transport attendees from the shopping center to the Bandera Operations and Training building.

Shuttle Instructions:

  1. Parking: Park your vehicle at the Bandera Festival Shopping Center, conveniently across the street from the Bandera Operations and Training Building.
  2. Morning Shuttle: The Shuttle will commence pickups at Bandera Festival Shopping Center - specifically, by the Dollar Tree store - from 7:30 AM until 8:30 AM. It will then transport you to the Bandera Operations Training Center.
  3. Lunch Shuttle: A shuttle will transport you to your vehicle for lunch starting at 11:45 AM.
  4. Post-Lunch Shuttle: The shuttle service will pick you up and transport you back to the Bandera Operations and Training Building at 1:15 PM.
  5. End of Training: The shuttle will transport you to your vehicle after completing the training sessions at approximately 4:30 PM.

For the ECC (Early Childhood Center) session on August 23, 2023, attendees reporting to the Bandera Operations and Training Building for training are advised to park in the designated Bandera Operations parking lot. We look forward to a productive and insightful training experience.
