October is Head Start Awareness Month! President Ronald Reagan first proclaimed October Head Start Awareness Month on October 22, 1982. Since then, October has been a time for our community to celebrate Head Start's life-changing impact.

As you read this CEO Message, you will be reminded that Head Start is more than a program—it represents a national commitment to children, families, and the future of our communities. Thank you again for your continued commitment, positivity, and dedication to the children and families we serve. What you do matters, and the impact of your work reaches far beyond what you may see each day.

As we continue our Growth Mindset journey, I leave you with this reminder: A growth mindset means …"Believing that where you are today is not where you have to stay tomorrow. Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep trying. Your best is still ahead of you!"

Let’s continue to grow together, learn together, and make a difference together.

PCI…No Limit to Success!
