Leadership PCI Class 2 and 3 Graduation/Dinner
What a joyous occasion we had during Leadership PCI Class 2 & 3 Dinner/ Graduation on June 6, 2021, at PCI Headquarters. Leadership PCI grad students received a blazar, roses, and a certificate. One of the highlights was a spontaneous fashion show where the graduates modeled their new Leadership PCI blazar.
What is the goal for Leadership PCI? The goal is...
• To identify potential leaders at an early stage of their professional development.
• To maintain a source of “within-PCI” applicants for leadership positions.
• To improve and supplement the “on-the-job” training program for recently appointed leaders.
• To provide “cross-training” experiences.
• To prepare staff for possible leadership positions.
Part of Leadership PCI includes:
• Leadership sessions.
• Shadowing an executive or cabinet member.
• Submitting their projects to enhance operations.
The overseer of the program is Parent/Child Incorporated very own CEO Dr. Sharon Small.
