Red Ribbon Week

October 23, 2020

It’s that time of the year for Red Ribbon Week! Unfortunately, they sent us the wrong ribbons this year, but I am waiting for the new batch, and I will get the ribbon out to you guys hopefully midweek. This year let’s get the word out about Red Ribbon to week and decorate our areas. Since its beginning in 1985, the Red Ribbon has touched the lives of millions of people around the world. In response to the murder of DEA Agent Enrique Camarena, angered parents and youth in communities across the country began wearing Red Ribbons as a symbol of their commitment to raise awareness of the killing and destruction cause by drugs in America.

Here are the activities scheduled for Red Ribbon Week for October 26 – October 30!
