Head Start/Early Head Start conducts an annual recruitment process for pregnant women and children aged six weeks to four years. We reserve 10% of our funded slots for children with special needs. Family Service Workers can also accept applications at the PCI Head Start/Early Head Start Learning Centers. Required documentation for eligibility includes proof of age and family annual income, such as Tax Form 1040, W2, pay stubs, school/training documents, SSI, TANF, Foster Care, and child support.
