Welcome to PCI Cookbook developed by Monica Ellison and our contract dietician, Tirza Nestel. The cookbook contains various recipes for meals/snacks we have implemented at our sites during this past year, 2022, as well as some additional recipes we think the children and families would enjoy doing together over the winter break and beyond. We hope the PCI Cookbook also becomes a way for our families to stay connected by sharing their pictures with their ECCs and the Nutrition Department.

Congressman Tony Gonzalez’s (TX- 23) Legislative Assistant David Maestas visited Parent/Child Incorporated (PCI) on Wednesday, October 27, 2022, to discuss our agency's mission and educational goals. We appreciate Mr. Maestas's passion for Education and his efforts to advocate Early Childhood Education and comprehensives services Head Start provides. Mr.
