Parent/Child Incorporated (PCI) Head Start /Early Head Start Centers and Administrative Offices will open at the regularly scheduled time on Friday, January 21, 2022.

As you may know, there is a Winter Storm Advisory for the San Antonio and Bexar County area; please be aware of the following procedures if we must close the agency or delay the start of school due to emergency conditions in the area.
